About usLumenArc is a new company who specialise in replacement bulbs for projectors and projection TV. We started trading since Initially supplying only to UK customers, we have now the ability to ship international. The business itself is managed just by 3 dedicated staff. We have been trading since September 2009 initially just selling burners, eventually adding reflectors by popular demand. Subsequent enquiries showed a huge interest in low price but quality lamp. It is a fact that OEM products do not come at low price thus all our products are non OEM but of comparable quality for our customers. We are proud to state that our aftermarket lamps, bulbs, burners and reflectors compares extremely well with that of OEM in both lifespan and brightness with the exception of the huge price difference.
All our staff has hands on experience in projection technology including lighting and optics. We work with reputable companies based in Japan to get nothing but the best to our customers. We are an independent retailer to people who need light and don't like people to be in the dark thus offer our customer a wide choice of projector lamp bulbs and burners for your projection needs. We have now over 350 products listed on store and really have been able to expand in such a small time due to the support of our customers and their repeated custom. LumenArc has a passion for Projectors thus recently launched a Forum to build a community amongst Projector lovers. This would hopefully take load off us as well due to the large volume of e-mails that we recieve on a daily basis. Some questions which can be easily answered by other participants and also help encourage discussions.
Our vision is to become a leading supplier for Projector lamps, burners, reflectors and general projector parts and surplus. We are however, working on improving delivery times however in the meantime it still remains as anywhere between 7-10 working days for the Mainland UK and 10-20 working days for overseas orders. We recommend our customers to think about ordering a spare lamp to save the embarrassment of a lamp breaking down in a strategic client meeting, in front of a football match with your friends or in front of a film you are watching on your much loved big screen.
