New, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit refund. Returns for unwanted products are subjected to a 20% administration charge. Items that are returned under DOA but found to be working upon return will also be subjected to a 20% handling charge. For items that are DOA will either be exchanged or issued with a store credit refund. All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days from when we recieve the item, however, in most cases, store credit refund are applied much sooner. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, including inspecting the item, testing the item, re-stocking and all administration involved.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship only to the United Kingdom and Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to all European destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping within the United Kingdom is charged at £5.95. Shipping to all other European Countries is charged at £14.95.
Once an item has been despatched, we consider it to be beyond our control, thus do not accept any liability for any delays whilst with the carrier. The delivery times displayed upon order is only an estimate. We shall of course offer help and assistance where we can.
